   *  Low-E windows, argon filled

   *  R-19 insulation in 2"x6" exterior walls

   *  Formaldehyde-free fiberglass insulation

   *  Recycled cellulose blown-in insulation

   *  Double-layered stripping between walls and floor/ceiling

   *  Low flow toilets

   *  Water saving fixtures at 2.5 GPM
